Uh, last I checked, Konor's last moments were actually spent in effective silence as he was too injured to speak, and in fact he was even pointing a gun at Roboute's head because Gallan had used an airborne neurotoxin to poison Konor, who was desperately trying to keep his son from catching as well by preventing him from getting too close (the irony is that Roboute's Primarch physiology would likely have barely noticed the toxin).
